The International Business Startup And Entrepreneurs Association (IBSEA) is pleased to appoint Colonel Manish Anand (R) as National Secretary – Mission 360, in recognition of his exceptional commitment, leadership, and valuable contribution to the growth of the Association.

Colonel Manish Anand (R) has been associated with IBSEA since its foundational phase and has demonstrated a deep understanding of the Association’s mission, vision, and strategic direction. His leadership experience, commitment, and organizational acumen make him well suited to undertake this important national responsibility.

This appointment follows strategic discussions and a comprehensive evaluation of his capabilities and commitment towards strengthening IBSEA’s leadership ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

As National Secretary – Mission 360, Colonel Manish Anand (R) shall:

• Coordinate the strategic Mission 360 meetings conducted on the 15th and 30th of every month.

• Engage regularly with Mission 360 members to ensure strong alignment with IBSEA’s mission, vision, values, and national objectives.

• Mentor and engage members by creating new opportunities for leadership, networking, collaboration, and professional growth.

• Coordinate with IBSEA Alliances, State Presidents, Vice Presidents, Secretaries, and other key leadership members across India.

• Drive the formation of new IBSEA chapters in states and regions where the Association is yet to establish its presence.

• Strengthen communication, coordination, and execution across the Mission 360 network.

This is an honorary role, and your contribution will play a pivotal role in advancing IBSEA’s vision and strengthening our collective mission towards building a Viksit Bharat 2047.Through this responsibility, Colonel Manish Anand (R) will play a pivotal role in transforming Mission 360 from a leadership network into a high-performance national ecosystem—connecting people, creating opportunities, and accelerating IBSEA’s expansion across India.
