His Brief Profile : 

Himanshu's educational background, with a Bachelor's in Information Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from IMT-Ghaziabad and an MDP from IIM Calcutta in Technology Management  laid the groundwork for his extensive career in IT and infrastructure management.

Himanshu was amongst the first 300 people in India to be ITIL Expert certified in 2014 and in December 2023, he was awarded ITIL Master by Axelos Global Best Practice.

His core expertise areas are Data Centre & Private Cloud Technologies and automation, IT Service Management and Application Ops/DevOps.

Currently serving as Director, IT Innovation & Automation with Amdocs, Himanshu is working to create Telecom GenAI, Agentic AI and OpsGPT structures for Indian Telecom Operator(s) and modernize Digital Payment Systems.
